1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Niuzie platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Listing Behavior

Sellers must ensure that all listings:

  • Are accurate, honest, and not misleading.
  • Do not violate Tanzanian laws or international trade regulations.
  • Do not include prohibited items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, etc.).
  • Include clear photos that represent the actual item for sale.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Escrow Fee: A service fee of 2.5% is deducted from the seller's payout on every successful Safe Deal.
  • Withdrawal Fee: A fixed fee of TZS 500 applies to each withdrawal request from your wallet.
  • Listing Boosts: Optional boost fees are non-refundable once the boost is active.

4. Safe Deal (Escrow) Policy

Using Safe Deal means you agree that Niuzie will act as an intermediary, holding funds until the buyer confirms receipt or a dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to release or refund funds based on administrative evidence in case of a dispute.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, either party can open a dispute. Niuzie's decision in such cases is final and binding based on the evidence provided in chat and documentation.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate our safety policies, engage in fraudulent activity, or repeatedly receive negative reports from the community.
